Tossed - UX case study

While I was head of design at Tossed, I conducted a study that tackles the website UX, with a special focus on the online ordering process. The research took 8 weeks and involved users interviews, affinity mapping, personas creation, competitors research, storyboarding, user flow card sorting, mapping, testing, features prioritisation, lo fi wireframing, A/B testing, usability testing, prototyping and hi fi wireframing design.
