Rain bound project

Rain bound is an electronic music project, with calm, layered sound as a starting point. I designed the identity, the covers, the coordinated imagery and the visual ecosystem for this project dedicated to the sounds of nature. The artist, Marcos Jimenez, a producer and music experimenter from the Canary Islands, wanted to make music inspired by nature elements and rhythms. I asked him to see his own photographs of the landscape, which I transformed into a series of artworks by combining them with blocks of colour that echo the mood of each track. The logo is chosen to mirror the clarity and restraint of the music itself, letting the imagery and colours carry the emotional weight while the typography stays quietly confident in the background.
